This “Proposal” is for example only and is not intended to be the way every home is built. This is the specs of a house that CSB built for a customer which shows some of our Techniques.

Calvin Smith Inc. proposes to build a 2 story colonial to consist of the following specifications in 180 days: 1798 sq. ft.on 1st floor, 1440 sq. ft. of living space on 2nd floor, plus 432 sq. ft. open to the 2nd floor, net of 3238 sq. ft. of living space (3670 total), 1200 sq. ft.garage, 600 sq. ft. of unfinished bonus room.
